William and Jane Williams

From on Tuesday, 24 August, 2010
Hi Elizabeth, I am interested in finding out the name of the ship that William Williams arrived on with his wife Jane Veale Rowe and small son William Richard (about 1857).(my great great grandparents) You are also missing a child. Thomas John Williams born 1873 at The Loddon - 15133. He married Rose Akers, daughter of Joseph Akers and Mary Ann Spencer. I cannot find their emmigration to Australia anywhere. Thanks Helen McKee
After finding what looks like the death of William Williams (his mother is called Jane Beale Rowe) and in looking at records to 1901 for Jane's death, I found
Jane Veale Williams wed 1889 #7342 to Philip Bennett 1900 #104 aged 68, son of Sibela Curnow and William Bennett died at Avenal
but not her death in an obvious way, up to 1901
Following the Cornwall clues, looking at the 1851 Cornwall CensusI see
76,Parknoweth, William Veale Rowe, Head,W,41, Farmer Of 84 Acres Empl 3 Men,St. Columb Minor Cornwall,
Jane Veale Rowe, Dau,U, 17, William Rowe, Son, U,16, Fanny Rowe, Dau,U, 14, Newlyn Cornwall,

Jane Nicholls,Servnt,U, 23,House Servt,Roche Cornwall, James Barret,Servnt,W,64, Ag Lab,St. Columb Major Cornwall,
James Vincent,Servnt,U,13, Ag Lab,Illogan Cornwall,
And to search in 1841, I used Fanny Rowe, knowing she is aged 4 and between William and Richard
That led to 1841 Census, Book 9 Folio 26 Page 18 and 19
