Hello Elizabeth:
My Mary Ann Flynn was born in Dundee in 1835 daughter of William Flynn and Sara Boyd, and wed Alexander (Boyd) Edward on 21 Feb 1853 at Dundee, Angus, Scotland, just prior to the Edward family sailing to Australia. Mary Anne died 31 Mar. 1905 Ballarat.
Alexander Boyd Edward was born 1834 in Dundee and died 10 Jan 1914 in Ballarat, and they are my great great grandparents.
I have wondered if Sara was related to Euphemia Boyd who wed James Edward (b.1812 Dundee d.28th Mar. 1886 Ballarat) in Dundee 3 Feb.1832. Euphemia's parents were Alexander Boyd and Euphemia Keillor.
Hope this info is of interest to you. Tricia
